CM Smart
Industry 4.0 Monitoring System with Autonomous Algorithms
A smart system designed to identify leaks, track consumption, perform partial network shut-offs, and monitor air pressure and humidity — all managed through either a Cloud-based or on-premise platform.
The system is composed of two different types of fluid-mechatronic hardware, installed at the monitoring points of choice:
eflow-box for machine monitoring
control-box for network node monitoring
Communication is ensured through Modbus RTU, LAN, and Wi-Fi protocols.
You can view in real time both the savings already achieved and the potential savings — valuable data to be highlighted in CSR reports.

BlowAir
BlowAir is a blowing system designed and manufactured for cleaning and drying actions on industrial products and semi-finished components.
In industrial environments, these operations are often performed using compressed air (a highly energy-intensive carrier) and commercial nozzles that are not properly sized, resulting in significant energy consumption.
In contrast, BlowAir employs turbine technology, generating a high air flow at low pressure combined with custom-sized nozzles to achieve maximum efficiency. Compared to compressed air solutions, these systems provide up to 90% energy savings.
All systems are equipped with an interface for connection to CM Smart, making them fully Industry 4.0 compliant.
Al contrario il BlowAir utilizza la tecnologia a turbina che genera una notevole portata d’aria in bassa pressione e degli ugelli dimensionati ad hoc per ottenere il massimo rendimento possibile. Pick&Save systems generate vacuum locally using mechanical pumps, replacing compressed air consumption for vacuum generation. Each unit is equipped with an interface for connection to CM Smart, making them fully Industry 4.0 compliant.

Transform pneumatic actuators into Industry 4.0 devices.
Leak detection and consumption reduction of up to 60% with patented “energy quanta” technology.
The system consists of a Control Unit connected to Power Block Units, which are installed upstream of the actuator chambers. It is designed to monitor and optimize the filling of pneumatic cylinder chambers through a patented technology called “energy quanta.”
This enables a reduction in compressed air consumption of 40% to 80%, without altering actuator performance. All systems are equipped with an interface for connection to CM Smart, making them fully Industry 4.0 compliant.

Microleak is a pneumatic conductance measurement device designed to verify tightness and/or quantify leakage in components used across multiple industries: pneumatics, automotive, biomedical, and food & beverage.
Microleak drastically reduces leak test cycle time. It can operate as a stand-alone unit or be integrated with line PLCs for fully automated testing. All systems include an interface for connection to CM Smart, making them fully Industry 4.0 compliant.
